Reportage, Sabah showcase four Sea Breeze projects

Abu Dhabi, UAE - Reportage Group and Sabah Investment Group have presented four residential developments within the Sea Breeze destination in Azerbaijan as part of their growing partnership in the country’s property market.

The projects showcased at the Abu Dhabi event were Reportage Heights, Panorama by ELIE SAAB, Arabian Ranches Baku and BRABUS Island Baku.

Each development targets a different segment of the residential market while forming part of the wider Sea Breeze master development on the Caspian coast near Baku.

Reportage Heights is a high-rise waterfront residential project planned with panoramic glazing, large terraces and dedicated resident facilities. Official Sea Breeze project information lists 1,885 apartments across the scheme, with completion scheduled for 2030.

Panorama by ELIE SAAB is the first ELIE SAAB-branded residential development in Azerbaijan. Construction began in July 2026 following a groundbreaking ceremony involving Sabah Investment Group, Reportage Group and ELIE SAAB. The project includes branded residences with interiors linked to ELIE SAAB Maison.

Arabian Ranches Baku is being developed with an architectural concept influenced by Eastern design and includes apartments and townhouses within the Sea Breeze resort setting.

BRABUS Island Baku brings the German automotive and luxury brand into the residential market through waterfront apartments and villas. Sea Breeze describes it as Azerbaijan’s first branded island residential project and lists it as currently under construction.

The Abu Dhabi presentation was also used to highlight Azerbaijan’s property market and the broader investment proposition around Sea Breeze.

Reportage Group Managing Director Andrea Nucera said the company’s international growth strategy is focused on markets where it can develop projects aligned with local demand and longer-term investment potential.

Sabah Investment Group founder and chairman Orkhan Mustafayev said the partnership is intended to strengthen Sea Breeze as a destination for residential living, tourism and investment while offering buyers a wider range of property formats.

Sea Breeze is being developed as a large-scale resort city on the Caspian coast. Its official website now states that the destination covers around 1,000 hectares, includes more than 3.5 million sq m of completed residential and commercial property and has approximately 60,000 residents.

The masterplan includes residential developments alongside hotels, retail, restaurants, leisure facilities, schools, wellness destinations and other infrastructure.

Reportage Group’s partnership with Sabah Investment Group gives the UAE-based developer a broader platform in Azerbaijan while adding several internationally branded and waterfront projects to the Sea Breeze pipeline.
