Rentify Raises $2 Million to Launch Earn AI for GCC Property Market

Rentify has raised $2 million in seed funding to launch Earn AI, an AI platform automating rental revenue management across the GCC.

DUBAI, UAE – Rentify, the UAE-born fintech and proptech company building infrastructure for the rental market, has announced the completion of a $2 million seed funding round, bringing its total capital raised to $2.5 million following a $500,000 pre-seed round completed in 2025.

The funding will support the launch of Earn AI, an agentic AI platform designed to autonomously manage rental revenue on behalf of landlords and property managers, marking Rentify's expansion from payment infrastructure into a broader operating and intelligence platform for real estate.

According to the company, Earn AI goes beyond traditional property management tools by acting across the entire tenancy lifecycle rather than simply providing data for manual action. The platform automates rent reminders, distributes payment links directly to tenants, provisions tenant accounts at lease commencement, and identifies renewal opportunities with recommended actions, enabling portfolio management at scale without manual intervention at the individual unit level.

Five enterprise customers are already operating on the platform, including Gargash Real Estate, New Star Property Management, Arabian Acres Real Estate, Purecare Management, and RSH Holiday Homes Rental. Together, these customers manage thousands of residential and commercial units across the UAE through the system.

Rentify said Earn AI has been trained using live rental unit data, tenant payment behaviour, renewal patterns, occupancy trends, and pricing intelligence generated within the platform. Based on analysis of its existing signed portfolio, the company estimates that landlords and property managers without active revenue intelligence may be leaving between 8% and 14% of annual rental income unrealised due to pricing lag, payment leakage, and unmanaged tenant churn.

Unlike many property analytics platforms that rely primarily on market-level data, Earn AI is built on transaction flows and behavioural insights generated from an active customer base operating within the platform.

The company also highlighted that Earn AI is the first rental revenue management platform in the region built natively in Arabic, designed specifically around GCC tenancy structures, payment methods, renewal cycles, cheque practices, and landlord-tenant relationships.

Earn AI sits alongside Rentify's wider ecosystem, which includes automated rent collection tools, embedded finance solutions for landlords and tenants, and BELONG, a tenant rewards programme designed to encourage on-time payments and improve tenant retention.

Commenting on the launch, Rajneel Kumar, Co-founder and COO of Rentify, said:

"Most landlords can’t answer the most basic question about their own portfolio: which unit is under-earning, and by how much. The answer, on average, is eight to fourteen percent of annual rental income lost to pricing lag, unmanaged churn and payment leakage. That’s not a data problem. It’s an infrastructure problem. Earn AI by Rentify fixes it, autonomously."

Rashed Hareb, Co-founder and CEO of Rentify, added:

"Rent is the largest recurring financial commitment in most people’s lives and one of the most significant income streams for property owners, yet the operating and intelligence layer behind it remains fragmented, with both sides chronically underserved by the tools available to them. Rentify gives landlords and property managers one platform that collects rent, provides financing on both sides of the tenancy, rewards tenants through BELONG, and runs autonomously to optimise every unit in their portfolio. With Earn AI, we are not building a property tool. We are building the operating system for rental real estate."

Rentify believes property managers overseeing portfolios of more than 200 units stand to benefit most immediately from the platform's capabilities. Earn AI continuously monitors payment performance, pricing anomalies, lease renewals, and occupancy trends across portfolios, providing what the company describes as institutional-grade intelligence at the unit level.

The newly secured funding will be used to enhance Earn AI's model performance, expand its autonomous agent infrastructure, accelerate onboarding of property managers, and support the company's planned international expansion.
