RAK Properties Releases Construction Update on 8 Projects

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi-listed RAK Properties is preparing to scale its footprint in 2026 with the launch of multiple new projects, aiming to leverage emerging growth prospects across the real estate market.

The developer reported significant construction momentum across its residential portfolio in 2025, with a number of projects within its Mina Al Arab master community advancing toward completion, according to its 2025 annual report.

Among the principal construction milestones highlighted in the report are:

Cape Hayat Situated on Hayat Island and covering 22,854 square metres, Cape Hayat is a beachfront residential project featuring 678 high-end apartments. Enabling, substructure and superstructure works have been completed, bringing overall project progress to 86.5%. Finishing works have reached 82% completion, MEP installations stand at 82%, while external works are currently 51% complete.

BayViews The 344-unit residential development on Hayat Island within Mina Al Arab has reached 92.7% overall completion. Enabling, substructure and superstructure works have been finalised, marking significant construction progress. Finishing works are nearing completion at 87.7%, while MEP installations have advanced to 97.26%, reflecting the project’s steady move toward handover.

Edge Located on Raha Island, Edge is a yacht-inspired residential tower comprising 237 upscale waterfront apartments. Enabling works have been fully completed, while substructure works have progressed to 90%. Superstructure construction and MEP installations have recently commenced as the project advances into its next phase.

SKAI SKAI features a curated collection of 272 residences, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom penthouses. Construction has officially commenced, with enabling works currently underway as the development moves into its initial build phase.

Quattro Del Mar Quattro Del Mar comprises four interconnected towers rising 12 residential floors. The development has reached 25% overall completion. Enabling and substructure works have been finalised, while superstructure construction has advanced to 64.6%. Finishing works, MEP installations, and external works are now underway as the project continues to progress.

Granada II Granada II features 80 two- and three-bedroom townhouses designed within a family-oriented setting, complete with landscaped gardens, parks, and dedicated children’s play areas. The development is nearing final delivery, with construction 99.8% complete.

Bay Residences II Located next to the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa, Bay Residences II is a twin-tower development comprising 324 units. Enabling, substructure, and superstructure works have been fully completed, with the overall project now 99.61% complete.

Mirasol I Mirasol is a 339-unit residential development. Construction is now underway, with enabling works currently in progress as the project moves into its initial phase.
