R.Evolution Launches $680k Relocation Support to Attract Families to Dubai

DUBAI, UAE – R.Evolution has introduced a relocation support programme of up to $680,000 (AED2.5 million) aimed at facilitating long-term moves to Dubai for high-net-worth buyers across the MENA region.

The initiative is available to purchasers of residences at Eywa Tree of Life, the developer’s flagship project located on the Dubai Water Canal in Business Bay, and is designed to simplify the transition process for families relocating to the emirate.

Rather than positioning the initiative as a traditional sales incentive, the programme has been structured to address the practical challenges associated with relocating internationally.

The support package covers rental, relocation, and transition-related costs, providing financial assistance for temporary accommodation and logistics while buyers await completion of their permanent residences, scheduled for delivery by the end of 2026.

Depending on the unit purchased, families may receive tailored accommodation aligned with their future home configuration, ensuring continuity in lifestyle during the transition period.

The support is available for up to 12 months or until handover, whichever comes first.

Addressing real-world relocation challenges

Relocating to a new country involves multiple layers of complexity, from securing housing and managing logistics to ensuring stability for families during the transition.

The programme aims to reduce these challenges by providing a structured, end-to-end support framework, allowing buyers to focus on long-term integration rather than short-term adjustments.

According to Alex Zagrebelny, Founder and CEO of R.Evolution, the initiative reflects a broader shift in buyer behaviour across the region. “People are no longer just buying homes as investments,” he said. “They’re choosing where they want to live, where their families feel secure, and where they see long-term opportunity.”

Dubai continues to attract interest from regional and international buyers, supported by its infrastructure, economic stability, and globally competitive lifestyle offering.

“Dubai has built a level of trust over time,” Alex Zagrebelny said. “And that matters when people are making decisions about where to base their lives.”

Limited availability to shape community

The programme is intentionally limited to ten buyers, reflecting a curated approach to community development at Eywa Tree of Life.

Participation is subject to standard purchase requirements, including the execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement and compliance with regulatory checks.

Applications will remain open until June 30, 2026, or until all available slots are filled.

Eywa Tree of Life has already gained global recognition for its approach to residential design, combining nature-inspired architecture with wellness-focused systems.

For R.Evolution, the project represents a broader exploration of future living concepts, where health, sustainability, and environment are embedded into the core of residential design.

Dubai’s real estate market continues to attract sustained interest, particularly from buyers seeking long-term stability rather than short-term investment returns.

Pro-investment policies, global connectivity, and consistent infrastructure development continue to support this momentum, positioning the emirate as a preferred destination for relocation and long-term residency.
