R.Evolution expands EYWA as a global longevity-led regenerative real estate brand. Image: SuppliedDUBAI, UAE: European real estate developer R.Evolution is expanding EYWA from a collection of flagship developments into a global longevity-led regenerative real estate brand, laying the foundations for growth across new markets, asset classes and, in time, hospitality.
Following the launch of EYWA Tree of Life and EYWA Way of Water in Dubai, alongside EYWA Bac de Roda and EYWA 22 Palms in Barcelona, R.Evolution is establishing EYWA as a platform that can be applied across residential, commercial and future hospitality developments in multiple international markets.
The strategy reflects the developer's focus on longevity and wellbeing as increasingly important elements within the global luxury property market.
R.Evolution sees changing buyer priorities as a key factor behind the evolution of the EYWA brand, with health, wellbeing and quality of life playing a greater role in how luxury residential environments are conceived.
“The global luxury real estate market is evolving. Buyers are no longer interested only in architecture, square footage, and location. They are increasingly looking for homes that support healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives,” says Igor Karpikov, Chief Commercial Officer at R.Evolution, “Wellness real estate is one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global wellness economy and is forecast to reach $1.8 trillion by 2030. Our Dubai developments demonstrate how the EYWA philosophy translates into exceptional real estate, aligning with the emirate’s focus on quality of life, sustainability, and wellbeing.”
Research cited by the developer suggests genetics account for around 50% of the factors influencing lifespan, with the remaining half shaped by environment and lifestyle.
With people spending around 90% of their time indoors, R.Evolution's approach places greater emphasis on the role buildings and living environments can play in supporting health and wellbeing.

At the centre of the concept is what R.Evolution describes as regenerative real estate, an approach that considers buildings as living ecosystems rather than standalone physical structures.
The model combines thoughtful spatial design, modern technology, natural elements and ancestral wisdom with the objective of supporting everyday living and health.
The concept has already been introduced through EYWA developments in Dubai and Barcelona, providing the foundation for the brand's planned international expansion.
As EYWA expands, R.Evolution is also developing strategic collaborations with companies and organisations across the wellness and longevity ecosystem.
These collaborations span health and longevity programming, nature-focused initiatives, educational programs, next-generation sustainable technologies and premium lifestyle offerings.
The strategy is intended to extend the EYWA experience beyond the physical building, creating a broader wellbeing ecosystem that supports residents in their daily lives.
This approach also provides a framework that R.Evolution plans to apply across different asset classes as the brand moves into additional international markets.

Additional initiatives within the longevity and wellbeing sector are also in progress as the company develops EYWA beyond its existing residential portfolio.
R.Evolution said it will disclose further details of new projects, partnerships and locations as they reach the appropriate stage of development.
The expansion positions EYWA as a broader longevity-led real estate platform, building on its existing projects in Dubai and Barcelona while preparing for growth across residential, commercial and future hospitality developments.
