DUBAI, UAE - 10 July 2025Permasteelisa Gartner Middle East has secured a prestigious contract from London Gate Developers to design, engineer, manufacture, and install the 60,000 m² unitised façade of the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower in Dubai, an iconic development inspired by Swiss luxury watchmaking.

Record-Breaking Design and Location

Soaring to 450 metres, Aeternitas Tower is set to become the tallest branded residential tower in the world. It will also feature the highest clock ever installed on a skyscraper. The development is located at the heart of Dubai, surrounded by landmarks such as Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Beach Residence, and Ain Dubai. The tower is scheduled for completion in July 2027.

Architectural Precision Inspired by Horology

The façade design of the tower draws direct inspiration from the Franck Muller Aeternitas Mega timepiece. It will be fully bespoke, covering 60,000 m² and showcasing meticulous detailing that reflects the craftsmanship of high-end horology translated into architectural expression.

Ultra-Luxury Living and Amenities

The tower will house 649 residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplex mansions. Residents will benefit from five-star hotel-style services such as 24-hour valet, concierge, housekeeping, and porter support. The building will also include state-of-the-art amenities: a gym, spa, yoga studio, swimming pool, padel court, cinema, music room, and library, delivering a full luxury lifestyle experience.
