Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – September 28, 2025: Perma-Pipe International Holdings has announced that its Saudi Arabian business unit has received formal technical and commercial approval from Saudi Aramco, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategic growth plan in the Kingdom and across the Middle East.

This approval allows Perma-Pipe to directly serve Saudi Arabia’s oil and gas sector, expanding its presence far beyond its previous focus on district heating and cooling (DHC).

Until now, Perma-Pipe’s operations in Saudi Arabia were primarily concentrated on district heating and cooling infrastructure.
