The three-bedroom show apartment at Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences features contemporary interiors and a 1,500 sq ft private terrace overlooking the River Thames. Taran WilkhuLONDON, UK – Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences has unveiled the first interiors of its three-bedroom show apartment ahead of the highly anticipated launch of the UK's first Park Hyatt-branded residences later this year.
Located on the banks of the River Thames in London's Nine Elms district, the development comprises 103 private residences with uninterrupted views across some of the capital's most recognisable landmarks, including Battersea Power Station and the London Eye.

The newly revealed show apartment highlights the project's design-led approach to luxury living, with one of its standout features being a 1,500 sq ft private outdoor terrace overlooking the River Thames, reflecting growing demand for expansive outdoor living spaces within prime residential developments.
The launch comes as London's riverside neighbourhoods continue to attract ultra-high-net-worth buyers, while Europe's branded residences sector is forecast to experience continued growth, reinforcing demand for luxury developments that combine premium hospitality brands with private residential ownership.

Park Hyatt London River Thames Residences is being brought to market by Knightcrest, the luxury multi-disciplinary property consultancy backed by London developer Valouran.
The development marks Park Hyatt's entry into the UK branded residences market, expanding the global hospitality brand's presence within the luxury residential sector and adding to the growing number of branded residential projects across major international cities.
