Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - OSUS has introduced a new branded residential component at its OSUS EYE mixed-use development through a partnership with Curio Collection by Hilton.

OSUS Residences will comprise a 26-storey tower with a total area of 30,224 square metres and more than 200 fully furnished homes. The developer has also opened the residences for sale.

The project expands the residential offering at OSUS EYE, which is being developed as a destination combining homes, hospitality, workplaces, entertainment and services.

International architecture practice RMJM contributed to the design of the residential tower and its architectural vision as part of the broader development led by OSUS.

Amenities planned for residents include a suspended swimming pool, yoga studio, fitness centre, majlis, cinema, indoor children's play area and multipurpose room. Hospitality services associated with the branded residence concept will also be provided.

OSUS presented the development at an event held at its sales centre, where guests were shown a project model, show apartment and a film outlining the design and key features of the residences.

The launch adds branded residences to OSUS's portfolio as the company continues to expand its real estate offering in Riyadh. OSUS said the development is intended to support evolving residential needs and contribute to the city's quality of life objectives in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
