(Image: Nakheel)DUBAI, UAE – October 23, 2025: Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled an exclusive new collection of premium waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of Dubai’s most iconic island destination.
The launch introduces 11 architecturally distinct villa styles across The Beach Collection and The Coral Collection, each reflecting a contemporary vision of coastal living. Conceived in collaboration with globally acclaimed design studios, the villas are defined by expansive layouts, natural light, and seamless connections to the Arabian Gulf, embodying Dubai’s enduring commitment to design-led development.
The Beach Collection features five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 sq. ft., with signature designs such as Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects, Cobalt Beach by LOCI, Baia Luna by WATG, Wave Crest by LW Design Group, and Ocean Whisper and Bluejay by SAOTA. Each villa blends refined minimalism with panoramic ocean views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Coral Collection offers six- and seven-bedroom villas ranging from 11,500 to 12,500 sq. ft., with bold, sculptural designs by SAOTA, LOCI, LW Design Group, and NAGA Architects. This collection includes distinctive residences such as Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune, and Sunset Mirage, each integrating natural materials and warm tones to harmonize with the surrounding landscape.
Every villa in both collections celebrates balance between architecture and environment, blending precision craftsmanship with the fluidity of coastal living.
