Msheireb Properties and IWG open Signature workspace in Doha

Doha, Qatar - Msheireb Properties and International Workplace Group (IWG) have officially opened Signature at Msheireb Downtown Doha, introducing IWG’s premium flexible office and coworking brand to Qatar for the first time.

The new centre operates under a management agreement between the two companies and expands the range of flexible workspace available within Msheireb Downtown Doha.

Signature provides coworking areas and flexible offices aimed at companies and professionals seeking adaptable workplace options within the mixed-use district.

The opening also adds to the commercial offering at Msheireb Downtown Doha, which already accommodates government entities, media organisations and local and international businesses.

The district includes Doha Design District as well as hospitality, retail and cultural destinations including Msheireb Galleria and Msheireb Museums. It is directly connected to the Doha Metro and includes commercial buildings carrying LEED Gold and Platinum certifications.

Msheireb Properties Chief Commercial Officer Hassan Ali Al Emadi said: "the opening strengthens the district’s position as a destination for companies seeking modern and flexible workplaces, supported by its location, infrastructure and sustainability credentials."

The centre joins IWG’s existing presence in Qatar as demand continues for flexible office formats and serviced workspace.

Msheireb Properties officially confirmed the opening on 15 October, describing Signature as a new addition to the business community at Msheireb Downtown Doha. The company’s official information also confirms that the district includes more than 193,000 sq m of commercial space and buildings certified to LEED Gold and Platinum standards.
