Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Mountain View KSA has officially launched “Hayat,” its second major residential development in the capital, introduced during this year’s Cityscape Global Exhibition. Developed in strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), the project brings investments exceeding $600 million, underscoring the growing scale and ambition of Riyadh’s modern housing landscape.

Positioned in the rapidly developing Al-Fursan District in northeast Riyadh, the project enjoys proximity to key city destinations, including King Khalid International Airport and Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University. Hayat spans a vast land parcel of approximately 932,250 square meters, forming part of the expansive 35-million-square-meter Al-Fursan district.

1,700 Villas With Community-Focused Design

The development features around 1,700 villas across four modern models, ranging from 244.09 to 387.46 square meters. Mountain View KSA emphasizes that Hayat was designed to prioritize privacy, fluid mobility, and high-quality residential living, offering contemporary architecture suited to a wide demographic.

Residents will have access to multiple amenities, including:

  • Large landscaped green areas
  • Walking and cycling paths
  • Dedicated sports courts
  • Retail and lifestyle clusters

Integrated community services

At the heart of the project is The Lighthouse, a signature Mountain View concept serving as a community hub for cultural, social, and family-oriented activities. A surrounding commercial district will offer shopping, dining, and leisure experiences for both residents and visitors.

A Vision Aligned With Saudi Arabia’s Urban Transformation

Mountain View KSA said its partnership with NHC reflects a shared commitment to elevating the Kingdom’s real estate sector with developments built to international standards. The company highlighted that the project fully supports Saudi Vision 2030, contributing to improved urban living and enhancing overall quality of life.

The developer added that the name “Hayat” represents its guiding philosophy: “Building the land and bringing happiness to those around us.”

Mountain View KSA noted that its mission goes far beyond construction—focusing instead on creating full lifestyle environments where green spaces, well-designed communities, and daily well-being shape the resident experience.

A Growing Portfolio of Regional Projects

Hayat is the latest addition to Mountain View’s expanding footprint in Saudi Arabia. Across more than 20 years of delivery, the company has:

  • Developed 23+ projects
  • Managed a land bank of over 25 million sq m
  • Built communities for more than 50,000 families

These achievements reflect strong confidence in the company’s capabilities, both in Egypt and across the broader region.
