Abu Dhabi-based developer Modon Holding P.S.C. has announced the launch of Nawayef Village, introducing the first townhouses on Hudayriyat Island. This gated, freehold community comprises 378 residences, including three- and four-bedroom townhouses and five-bedroom twin villas, designed to evoke the charm of Tuscany.
Strategically situated between the East and West Hills of Hudayriyat Island, Nawayef Village offers residents lush green spaces, community centers, and proximity to high-end retail outlets. The development is part of the broader Nawayef masterplan, aimed at redefining community living in Abu Dhabi.
Bill O’Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding, stated, “The launch of Nawayef Village represents a key milestone in our efforts to redefine community living. Responding to strong demand for townhouses in Abu Dhabi, Nawayef Village will offer residents lush landscapes and a comprehensive suite of amenities and facilities, perfectly curated to provide an elevated standard of living.”
The wider Nawayef development encompasses various neighborhoods, each offering unique views of the Abu Dhabi skyline and the Arabian Gulf. The community is designed to provide a blend of luxury and convenience, with amenities such as parks, retail outlets, and recreational facilities within walking distance.
Modon's launch of Nawayef Village aligns with its vision to create integrated communities that cater to the evolving needs of residents, offering a harmonious balance between urban living and natural surroundings.
