ABU DHABI, UAE – Modon has announced the full sell-out of Tara Park, its residential development on Reem Island, with the project generating approximately AED2 billion ($545 million) in sales.

The milestone highlights sustained demand across Abu Dhabi’s residential market and reflects growing investor confidence in the emirate’s positioning as a stable, long-term global investment destination.

Tara Park comprises six residential towers offering a total of 834 apartments, forming part of a wider mixed-use environment connected directly to Reem Mall. The development is anchored by an active podium that integrates retail, leisure and lifestyle amenities, creating a cohesive residential experience designed around accessibility and community living.

The project’s sell-out comes amid continued strength in Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector, supported by population growth, regulatory clarity and increasing demand from both local and international buyers seeking high-quality residential assets.

Bill O’Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding, said: “Tara Park further validates Modon’s disciplined, market-driven approach, connecting a prime location and thoughtful placemaking to generate sustainable urban growth and long-term value. We continue to see strong demand across the market, which speaks to the confidence that local and international buyers continue to place in Abu Dhabi, particularly for projects where clear attention to quality of life supports future investment potential.”

The strong sales performance also underscores a shift in buyer behaviour, with increasing focus on long-term value, lifestyle integration and location-driven demand.

Ibrahim Al Maghribi, CEO of Modon Real Estate, said, “The sell-out of Tara Park sends a clear signal. Buyers are not hesitating. Buyers are making considered, long-term decisions. Tara Park was designed with clear buyer priorities and needs in mind, and the market response has validated that approach entirely.”

Reem Island continues to play a central role in Abu Dhabi’s residential growth, offering a combination of waterfront living, connectivity to key business districts and access to large-scale retail and lifestyle destinations. Developments such as Tara Park reinforce the island’s position as one of the capital’s most established and in-demand urban communities.
