Scheduled to open in October 2025, Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai will be located in the striking Wasl Tower, a new architectural landmark on Sheikh Zayed Road.
The property will feature 259 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, along with 224 exclusive residences, all offering unobstructed views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline. With a rooftop helipad for seamless arrivals, the hotel aims to establish itself as a new benchmark in sophisticated urban hospitality.
Wasl Tower is framed by the region’s tallest ceramic façade and showcases a distinctive twisting design enhanced by innovative fins that improve airflow for natural cooling. The building integrates advanced energy-efficient technologies, redefining Dubai’s skyline and setting a new standard for sustainable urban architecture.
Reflecting Dubai’s blend of tradition and modernity, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai will span two floors and offer a holistic approach to wellbeing. Guests will be able to experience treatments that combine ancient healing practices with cutting-edge wellness technologies, focused on nourishment, in-room wellness, beauty, and intelligent movement.
The property will house ten dining venues and bars, offering a diverse range of cuisines including French, Chinese, Greek, and Italian, as well as vibrant nightlife options. These experiences are designed to make the hotel a culinary and social destination in its own right.
In a first for Dubai, the tower will also introduce Mandarin Oriental branded residences available for lease, combining the privacy and comfort of a home with the hotel’s legendary service and world-class facilities.
