DUBAI, UAE – MAG Group Holding is set to announce a new real estate development in Dubai valued at up to AED2 billion ($544.59 million), according to the company's Founder and Chairman, Moafaq Ahmad Al Gaddah.

Speaking in an interview with the Government of Dubai Media Office, Al Gaddah revealed that the project, named MAG Square, is expected to be officially announced within the next two weeks.

The planned development forms part of MAG Group's broader expansion strategy in Dubai, where the company continues to advance multiple projects across the emirate.

Al Gaddah said: "All of our projects in Dubai are progressing according to the approved timelines, and during this year we will complete and hand over six new projects."

He highlighted the group's ongoing commitment to Dubai's real estate sector and praised the emirate's long-term development trajectory.

"We are proud to be part of the development journey of Dubai and the UAE. What we have witnessed since the 1980s in terms of rapid development and speed of execution across Dubai is exceptional and unprecedented on a global scale," he said.

The announcement comes as Dubai's property market continues to attract strong local and international investor interest, supported by sustained population growth, infrastructure investment and a robust development pipeline.

Further details regarding MAG Square are expected to be released when the project is formally unveiled later this month.
