Khalil Al Zadjali, Head of Oman at Cavendish Maxwell, appointed Vice President of the ORA Valuation Committee. Image: SuppliedMUSCAT, OMAN – Khalil Al Zadjali, Head of Oman at Cavendish Maxwell, has been appointed Vice President of the Valuation Committee at the Oman Real Estate Association (ORA).
The appointment comes as Oman enters a new phase of real estate growth, supported by economic diversification, modern legislation and major urban development projects that are driving increased demand across the residential, commercial and tourism property sectors.
In his voluntary role with ORA, Khalil will leverage more than 23 years of industry experience to help shape the future of Oman's real estate market by strengthening professional standards, enhancing transparency and contributing to the development of real estate legislation.

Image: SuppliedEstablished in 2012 by Royal Decree, the Oman Real Estate Association represents the Sultanate's real estate sector and works closely with government entities, including the Oman Ministry of Housing. The association serves as a platform for professional development, knowledge exchange and legislative guidance, with more than 560 members and a range of training programmes, industry events and advisory services.
Cavendish Maxwell launched its Oman operations in Muscat in 2017, providing property valuation, strategic advisory, market research and building consultancy services.
