RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE – July 11, 2025 – The Indian design-led developer Mantra Properties has officially partnered with iconic watch and jewelry brand Jacob & Co to launch Jacob & Co Residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project marks Jacob & Co’s third residential venture in the UAE after successful launches in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and Mantra’s debut in the region. Valued at $109 million (AED 400 million), the branded residences will deliver signature elegance, architectural ambition, and world-class amenities to the emirate’s fast-rising luxury coastline.
The announcement was made at Salvaje Dubai, where Jacob & Co also hosted an exclusive showcase of its exceptional timepieces. The partnership represents a convergence of Jacob & Co’s bold design legacy and Mantra’s reputation for delivering high-quality, experience-driven developments across India.

With over 18 years of experience and more than 12 million sq. ft. of developments across Pune and Mumbai, Mantra Properties is now actively entering the UAE market. The developer plans five projects over the next three years, with a total projected sellable value of $354 million (AED 1.3 billion).
