Dubai, UAE – September 26, 2025: In a landmark moment for international real estate and economic diplomacy, Italian luxury real estate broker Christian Marzullo, based in Dubai with Provident Real Estate, was invited to speak at the prestigious conference, “Made in Italy 2030: Professionals and Enterprises for a New Global Positioning,” held at the Chamber of Deputies in Rome.

The event marked the first time Dubai’s real estate market has been formally recognized within Italy’s Parliament, underscoring its growing influence as a global hub for investment, innovation, and cross-border collaboration.

A Bridge Between Italy and Dubai

Marzullo was invited as an icon of Italian excellence abroad and celebrated as an ambassador of Made in Italy in the Emirates. During his speech, he highlighted how Dubai’s real estate sector has evolved into a powerful platform that goes far beyond property transactions, serving as a strategic bridge between Italy and the UAE.

“From Sicily to Dubai, and now to the Italian Parliament, I wanted to show the world that Dubai’s real estate market can inspire new international synergies,” Marzullo said. “This milestone proves that Made in Italy and Dubai share the same language: vision, ambition, and global appeal.”

He emphasized that Dubai has become a key gateway for Italian entrepreneurs, investors, and cultural leaders, creating opportunities that span business, culture, and economic growth.

Event Promoted by MP Cristina Almici

The conference, spearheaded by Member of Parliament Cristina Almici, gathered top Italian entrepreneurs, professionals, and institutions to explore ways to strengthen Italy’s global presence.

Marzullo’s participation was a highlight of the event, showcasing how Italian talent is thriving on an international stage and how Dubai has emerged as a pivotal partner for Italy’s global ambitions.

Through his address, Marzullo painted a vision of Dubai not just as a thriving property market, but as a symbol of innovation and ambition that mirrors Italy’s own values of craftsmanship, creativity, and resilience.

Launch of “AVE – Aspire. Value. Endure.”

During his speech, Marzullo also unveiled his upcoming autobiographical and motivational book, titled “AVE – Aspire. Value. Endure.”

It reflects themes of resilience, ambition, and the enduring spirit of Made in Italy, aiming to inspire readers to create their own pathways to global success.

Global Audience and Impact

The conference was streamed live on the official WebTV of the Italian Parliament, reaching audiences far beyond Rome and amplifying the dialogue around Italy-UAE collaboration.
