The decision positions Dubai as a strategic base from which BCD Global will pursue opportunities across the Middle East and beyond, leveraging the emirate’s role as a hub for international investment, development expertise, and cross-border partnerships. Image: ShutterstockDubai, UAE: BCD Global, the international expansion platform of the global development group BCD Group, has formally entered the Middle East market, establishing Dubai as its regional headquarters as it accelerates its next phase of international growth.
Over more than seven decades, BCD Group has delivered in excess of 155 million square feet of real estate across more than 300 residential, mixed-use, and large-scale developments spanning seven countries. Building on this foundation, BCD Global will spearhead the group’s overseas expansion from the UAE, a market the company describes as offering economic stability, access to capital, regulatory clarity, and long-term urban vision.
“Dubai represents the convergence of global capital, governance and long-term urban vision,” said Amit Puri, Chief Executive Officer of BCD Global.
he stated.
For a legacy group, where we expand is as important as how we expand. Establishing our regional headquarters here reflects our conviction in the UAE as one of the world’s most resilient and forward-looking real estate and infrastructure ecosystems.
The decision positions Dubai as a strategic base from which BCD Global will pursue opportunities across the Middle East and beyond, leveraging the emirate’s role as a hub for international investment, development expertise, and cross-border partnerships.
Amit Puri, Chief Executive Officer of BCD GlobalBCD Group’s origins in India have evolved into a diversified platform with capabilities across infrastructure-led asset classes, including healthcare, senior living, hospitality, co-living, and data-driven urban infrastructure. Through BCD Global, this operational depth will now be applied to new geographies, underpinned by institutional governance standards and a focus on long-term value creation.
The move follows a broader strategic transformation led by Angad Singh Bedi, Chairman of BCD Global, who has overseen the group’s evolution into a zero-debt, vertically integrated enterprise aligned with global governance and compliance benchmarks.
“Our journey began in India, but our ambition has always been global,” said Bedi. “The Middle East is one of the defining growth corridors of the next decade and Dubai stands at its centre. This is not a short-term market entry – it is a generational expansion built on discipline, governance, and long-term value creation,” he added.
BCD Global’s entry comes amid sustained momentum in the UAE’s real estate and urban development sectors, supported by population growth, ongoing infrastructure investment, and consistent international capital inflows. With the UAE’s population projected to reach 11 million by 2030, demand is expected to increase for institutional-grade, well-governed, and future-ready developments.
These fundamentals closely align with BCD Global’s long-term strategy, positioning the group to participate in the next phase of the region’s urban and real estate evolution while extending its global footprint from a Dubai-based platform.
