The agreement was signed at Mitsubishi Corporation’s headquarters in Tokyo, in the presence of senior representatives from both organisations, marking a key milestone in HRE Development’s international growth strategy.
The partnership will be brought to life through Sakura Garden, an upcoming development designed to embody luxury, sustainability and thoughtful urban living. The project reflects a shared vision to integrate advanced engineering with design-led residential environments.
As part of the collaboration, Mitsubishi Corporation will provide advanced elevator systems engineered to meet the highest international safety standards, enhance operational efficiency and ensure long-term reliability. These systems are designed to elevate the overall living experience for residents while supporting a modern, sustainable lifestyle.
The agreement also includes landscaping inspired by traditional Japanese garden aesthetics, creating environments that emphasise balance, harmony and a strong connection with nature. This approach reinforces Sakura Garden’s identity as a sanctuary of luxury and sustainability, enhancing quality of life for residents.
