Honeywell and Kortech Partner to Automate Infrastructure Across MENA

Dubai, UAE: Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) has announced a strategic collaboration with Kortech, a subsidiary of Hassan Allam Holding, to accelerate the automation and digitisation of critical infrastructure projects across the Middle East and North Africa, with a particular focus on Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The partnership is formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), signed in the presence of Eng. Hassan Allam, Group CEO of Hassan Allam Holding, and Billal Hammoud, President and CEO of Honeywell Building Automation. The agreement brings together Honeywell’s global expertise in automation, digital technologies, software, and advanced analytics with Kortech’s regional capabilities in delivering turnkey infrastructure and technology solutions.

Through the collaboration, the two companies aim to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives, enhance infrastructure resilience, and improve energy efficiency across a wide range of assets. These include data centres and commercial buildings, major transportation networks, and smart-city developments, sectors that are increasingly central to national growth strategies across the region.

By combining Honeywell’s connected automation and control technologies with Kortech’s on-the-ground engineering and project delivery expertise, the partnership is positioned to address the growing demand for intelligent, future-ready infrastructure that can support urban expansion, sustainability goals, and rising digital workloads.
