Located in Jumeirah Garden City, HOLM Central is a twin-tower residential development featuring an expansive landscaped podium and resort-inspired amenities, including swimming pools, a fitness centre, sauna and steam facilities, yoga and wellness areas, gardens, outdoor lounges, BBQ and entertainment spaces.
The project also features a triple-height lobby, hospitality-led interiors and fully furnished apartments, bringing a hospitality-focused approach to everyday residential living.
