H&H Reaches Topping-Out Milestone at Dubai Harbour Residences

DUBAI, UAE – H&H has marked the topping-out of Building C at Dubai Harbour Residences, marking another major construction milestone for one of Dubai's most anticipated beachfront residential developments.

Owned by Shamal, developed by H&H and constructed by Khansaheb Civil Engineering, the project continues to progress steadily as it moves closer to completion, reflecting the collaboration and expertise of all project partners.

The ceremonial topping-out event brought together senior representatives from H&H, Shamal, Khansaheb and the wider project team to celebrate the completion of Building C's reinforced concrete structure. The ceremony included the symbolic final placement of concrete by project stakeholders, commemorative photography, recognition awards honouring the teams behind the milestone, and speeches celebrating the collective efforts driving the project forward.

Construction continues across the wider development, with Buildings A and B also expected to reach topping-out during the next quarter.

Dubai Harbour Residences introduces a low-rise beachfront residential development within Dubai Harbour, offering a distinctive approach to luxury waterfront living.
