During the meeting, the Board of Directors reviewed Emaar’s financial results for 2025, which highlighted record-breaking property sales and continued operational expansion.
The company reported its highest-ever property sales of $21.9 billion (AED80.4 billion), marking a 16% increase compared to 2024. This performance reflects strong demand across Emaar’s residential and mixed-use developments, supported by continued investor confidence in Dubai’s real estate market.
Total revenues for the year reached $13.5 billion (AED49.6 billion), while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose to $7.0 billion (AED25.6 billion). Net profit before tax stood at $7.0 billion (AED25.7 billion).
In addition to the dividend distribution, shareholders approved the auditor’s report for 2025, as well as the Board’s report detailing the company’s activities and financial position over the past year.
The approvals reflect confidence in Emaar’s governance framework, financial transparency, and long-term strategic direction.
Emaar reaffirmed its commitment to delivering projects in line with scheduled timelines while continuing to expand its development pipeline through new project launches.
The company’s forward-looking strategy remains centred on strengthening its core real estate portfolio, enhancing operational efficiency, and capitalising on opportunities within Dubai’s evolving urban landscape.
The strong financial results and dividend payout highlight Emaar’s position as one of the region’s leading real estate developers, benefiting from Dubai’s resilient property market and sustained demand for high-quality developments.
As the emirate continues to attract global investment and population growth, Emaar is expected to maintain its trajectory of expansion and value creation, supported by a diversified portfolio and disciplined execution strategy.
