Dubai, UAE - Dubai Retail has unveiled Skylight Mall, a new super-regional shopping destination scheduled to open in 2027 along Al Khail Road.
The project will add to Dubai Retail’s network of malls and lifestyle destinations across the emirate, taking its portfolio to 58 locations.
Skylight Mall will offer around 1.3 million sq ft of gross leasable area and more than 360 stores, alongside dining, entertainment and everyday services.
Its location will place the mall within easy reach of communities including Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Islands and The Springs, while also providing access for visitors travelling from other parts of Dubai.
The development has been designed around large, interconnected spaces intended to bring retail, dining, leisure and social areas together within a single destination.
The mall will also strengthen Dubai Retail’s wider portfolio, which includes Palm Jumeirah Mall, Nad Al Sheba Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dragon Mart and The Outlet Village.
Dubai Retail also operates major lifestyle destinations including Bluewaters, JBR, Souk Madinat Jumeirah and Palm West Beach.
The new project forms part of the company’s continued expansion across Dubai as it adds retail capacity in areas seeing ongoing residential and urban growth.
