Dubai, UAE: Dubai’s real estate market recorded transactions worth $3.6 billion (AED13.15 billion) during the week of March 23 to 27, according to data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD), reflecting sustained activity across both mainstream and ultra-prime segments.

The figures highlight continued resilience in the emirate’s property sector, with strong demand supported by investor confidence, steady inflows of capital, and the ongoing appeal of Dubai as a global real estate investment destination.

A total of 3,041 sales transactions were recorded during the week, with sales alone accounting for $2.8 billion (AED10.11 billion) of the total transaction value. This underscores the central role of direct property acquisitions in driving overall market performance.

The volume of transactions reflects continued buyer appetite across a broad range of property types, from residential units to high-end luxury developments, as Dubai’s market continues to attract both local and international investors.

Ultra-prime segment continues to lead high-value deals

The week’s most notable transaction was the sale of an apartment at Aman Residences in Jumeirah 2 for $97 million (AED356.2 million), reinforcing the strength of Dubai’s ultra-prime residential segment.

Additional high-value deals included:

An apartment in Solaya 1, Jumeirah 1 sold for $23 million (AED84.6 million) Another apartment in Aman Residences, Jumeirah Second sold for $21 million (AED76.8 million)

These transactions reflect ongoing demand for branded residences and luxury developments, which continue to command premium pricing and attract high-net-worth buyers seeking exclusive lifestyle offerings.

In addition to sales, mortgage transactions reached $681 million (AED2.5 billion), indicating continued financing activity and liquidity within the market. Gift transactions during the same period totalled $146 million (AED535 million), further contributing to overall transaction volumes.

The latest figures reinforce Dubai’s position as one of the region’s most active and dynamic real estate markets. The continued presence of high-value deals, particularly within the ultra-prime segment, highlights the depth of investor demand and the attractiveness of Dubai’s luxury property offering.

At the same time, consistent transaction volumes across multiple categories point to a balanced and diversified market, supported by strong fundamentals, regulatory transparency, and long-term growth prospects.
