Dubai RDC and Dubai Police Launch Integrated Digital Rental System

Dubai, UAE: The Rental Disputes Centre (RDC), in partnership with Dubai Police, has inaugurated a new integrated digital system designed to streamline judicial processes and improve the efficiency and speed of services provided to the public.

The launch marks a significant step in advancing digital transformation across Dubai’s real estate and judicial ecosystem, reinforcing collaboration between key government entities to enhance service delivery and operational performance.

The inauguration ceremony took place at the RDC headquarters in Dubai and was attended by a senior delegation from Dubai Police, led by Major General Hareb Mohammed Al Shamsi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Affairs, alongside officials and specialists from both organisations.

The initiative reflects a shared commitment to institutional integration and digital collaboration, aimed at simplifying administrative procedures and accelerating both judicial and enforcement operations.

The newly introduced system is the result of a series of joint consultations between the two entities, culminating in the development of a comprehensive digital framework that connects all processes related to rental disputes.

Faster processes and seamless enforcement integration

The integrated platform is designed to accelerate payment processing and technical operations across both RDC and Dubai Police systems, while enabling closer alignment between enforcement procedures and criminal processes.

By creating a unified digital environment, the system facilitates secure, real-time data exchange between relevant departments, significantly reducing processing times and enhancing transparency.

This integration is expected to improve the overall user experience for landlords, tenants, and legal representatives engaging with Dubai’s rental dispute resolution framework.

Commenting on the launch, Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, Chairman of the Rental Disputes Centre, said:
