Dubai, UAE: Dubai’s real estate market recorded total transactions of $1.03 billion (AED3.8 billion) at the start of the week, reflecting continued strength in the emirate’s property sector, according to data released by the Dubai Land Department.
A total of 1,194 transactions were completed, with activity spanning sales, mortgages, and property gifts, highlighting sustained investor demand across multiple segments of the market.
Sales transactions accounted for the largest share of activity, reaching $797.5 million (AED2.93 billion) across 930 deals.
Among the most prominent areas, Al Yalyis 5 recorded transactions worth $140.4 million (AED515.6 million), followed by Palm Jebel Ali with $105.3 million (AED387 million), and Dubai Land Residence Complex at $50.9 million (AED187 million).
These figures underline continued demand for both emerging master-planned communities and established residential hubs across Dubai.
Mortgage transactions totalled $195.6 million (AED718.3 million) across 243 deals, indicating sustained financing activity within the market.
The largest mortgage transaction was recorded in Dubai South (Dubai Aviation City) at $58.4 million (AED214.4 million), followed by Dubai Studio City at $22.3 million (AED82 million), and Meydan One with $22.0 million (AED81 million).
Property gifts contribute to transaction volumes
Property gifts also contributed to overall market activity, with transactions valued at $44.6 million (AED164 million) across 21 deals.
Notable transactions were recorded in Mohammed Bin Rashid City – District One at $11.8 million (AED43.5 million), Business Bay at $9.3 million (AED34.3 million), and Jumeirah Islands at $7.6 million (AED28 million).
The latest figures reflect ongoing momentum in Dubai’s real estate sector, supported by strong investor confidence and continued interest in both residential and mixed-use developments.
With consistent transaction volumes and diversified activity across sales, financing, and ownership transfers, Dubai continues to reinforce its position as one of the region’s most dynamic and resilient property markets.
