(Image: WAM)Dubai, UAE: Dubai Holding and Palantir Technologies have launched Aither, a joint venture valued at an undisclosed amount, marking Palantir’s first UAE-based partnership. The collaboration aims to transform how artificial intelligence is used across the UAE’s commercial sectors, particularly in real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure.
The announcement follows 18 months of operational collaboration that has already delivered measurable efficiency gains across Dubai Holding’s portfolio, including Nakheel, Meraas, and Jumeirah. The venture formalises this partnership, creating a scalable national platform for AI integration.
Aither will focus on applying data-driven AI to streamline property development, asset management, and customer engagement. By combining Dubai Holding’s real estate expertise with Palantir’s advanced analytics, the initiative will help developers predict demand, optimise operations, and manage energy use more efficiently.
This move is set to redefine Dubai’s real estate landscape by enabling predictive market insights, sustainability tracking, and enhanced investment decision-making, positioning Aither at the intersection of technology and urban development.
Aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, Aither supports the UAE’s goal of generating more than USD 27 billion (AED 100 billion ) annually through digital transformation. The venture also focuses on localising Palantir’s technology, fostering knowledge transfer, and nurturing UAE talent in AI and data science.
Amit Kaushal, Group CEO of Dubai Holding, said: “Through Aither, we are extending our proven AI capabilities to the wider market, supporting Dubai’s vision for innovation-led growth and sustainable real estate development.”
Alex Karp, CEO of Palantir Technologies, added: “Our collaboration with Dubai Holding allows us to deploy cutting-edge AI tools that empower developers, investors, and operators to build smarter, more sustainable communities.”
As Dubai continues to position itself as a global leader in innovation and smart city development, Aither represents a major step toward integrating AI-driven intelligence across the built environment. By merging technology, data, and real-world applications, the joint venture between Dubai Holding and Palantir underscores the UAE’s long-term vision, one where real estate, infrastructure, and urban planning are shaped by insight, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
