London, UK – July 17, 2025 - In a major step to enhance Dubai’s international investment appeal, Dubai Chambers has officially launched Dubai Hub London, its first international business centre, aimed at providing integrated government and private sector services for global investors and companies looking to enter the Dubai market.
Located in the heart of London, Dubai Hub London is designed to streamline and simplify the process of investing and operating in Dubai. The hub brings together key services from multiple Dubai government departments under one roof, enabling seamless support for real estate, licensing, legal, and administrative procedures.
The initiative aligns with the vision of Dubai’s leadership to solidify the city’s position as a leading global business capital, in line with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
Supervised by Dubai Chambers and operated by Al Burj Holding as a government service outsourcing centre, Dubai Hub London is a fully licensed platform that reinforces Dubai’s growing influence on the global investment map.
In its initial phase, the hub offers services from:
Dubai Hub London will also facilitate access to real estate offerings in partnership with leading developers from the emirate, bringing Dubai’s thriving property market directly to investors in the UK and Europe.
Future phases will see more Dubai government entities integrated into the platform to further enhance its scope and accessibility.
Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, emphasized the significance of the launch, stating:
“We are focused on enhancing Dubai’s competitiveness and ensuring convenient access to services for our international clients. The launch of Dubai Hub sends a clear message: facilitating business for global investors is our top priority.”
London was strategically chosen for the first hub due to its global financial prominence and access to a high concentration of institutional and private investors.
Dubai’s flexible regulations, digital infrastructure, and strategic location continue to attract global capital. In 2024, the emirate retained its #1 global ranking for foreign direct investment attraction for the fourth consecutive year, according to fDi Markets by the Financial Times.
Dubai Hub London represents a new chapter in strengthening bilateral trade and investment relations between the UAE and the UK.
