Deyaar Hands Over 1,436 Units Across Three Major Dubai Projects

DUBAI, UAE – Deyaar Development PJSC, the publicly listed integrated real estate company and one of the UAE’s leading developers, has announced the handover of 1,436 units across three major projects in Dubai.

Strategically located across key areas of the emirate, the developments include a mix of residential and hospitality assets, marking a significant milestone for Deyaar as it continues to expand its contribution to Dubai’s evolving built environment in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

The completed projects include Regalia, a 913-unit luxury residential tower in Business Bay featuring studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes, penthouses and retail stores.

The handover also includes Jannat, a 362-unit development that forms the final district of Deyaar’s Midtown community in Dubai Production City. The project comprises studios and one- to three-bedroom homes, alongside retail offerings.

The third development, Talia Residences in Al Furjan, comprises 161 fully furnished one- and two-bedroom hotel apartments with retail stores, operated by Millennium Hotels & Resorts.
