RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA – Dar Global has awarded a SAR338 million ($90 million) infrastructure contract for its Rayana master-planned community in Wadi Safar, advancing the delivery of one of Saudi Arabia's most exclusive luxury residential developments.

The contract has been awarded to Compass and Bin Omairah Company for Contracting LLC and covers the design and construction of key infrastructure required to support the future community. The scope includes earthworks, roads, utility networks and access infrastructure that will form the foundation of the wider development.

The award represents a significant milestone for Rayana as construction activity continues to progress across Wadi Safar, one of the most prestigious residential and lifestyle destinations emerging within the Diriyah development area.

Designed as a low-density residential enclave, Rayana has been planned around privacy, space and integration with the surrounding natural environment. The community will feature a collection of ultra-luxury residences, including the Rayana Mansions and branded Trump Mansions, with homes ranging from approximately 1,900 square metres to 7,000 square metres in built-up area.

The infrastructure package is expected to play a critical role in enabling the next phase of development and preparing the site for future residential construction.

Ziad El Chaar, Chief Executive Officer of Dar Global, said: "The award of this infrastructure contract represents an important step forward in the delivery of Rayana and reinforces our commitment to creating exceptional residential destinations in Saudi Arabia. As one of the most exclusive communities within Wadi Safar and the world, Rayana has been conceived around privacy, scale and a highly curated lifestyle experience. This milestone demonstrates the continued momentum of the project and our confidence in the long-term growth of the Kingdom's luxury real estate sector."

The project forms part of Saudi Arabia's wider Vision 2030 transformation strategy, which aims to diversify the economy and establish world-class destinations capable of attracting international investment, tourism and talent.

Rayana's location within Wadi Safar places residents close to several of Riyadh's most important growth corridors and future landmarks, including Diriyah, the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) and Expo 2030. The development is expected to appeal to both local and international buyers seeking high-end residential offerings within a master-planned environment.

The latest contract award also reflects continued investor confidence in Saudi Arabia's luxury real estate sector, which has seen growing interest from domestic and international buyers as the Kingdom expands its premium residential and lifestyle offering.
