Dalands Holding, in partnership with Marriott International and supported by Marjan, the master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced the launch of W Residences Al Marjan Island. This luxury residential development is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2027, co-located with the upcoming W Al Marjan Island hotel, marking the debut of the W Hotels brand in Ras Al Khaimah.
