(Image source: Cosmo Developments)Abu Dhabi, UAE - Cosmo Developments has launched Marlin Icon, a new mixed-use residential tower on Al Reem Island featuring 140 homes and a range of family-focused amenities.
The project is being developed by Cosmo Developments and is fully managed and supported by Reportage Group. Its design is based around a “Poise in Motion” concept, using curved forms and flowing architectural lines to give the building a distinctive identity within its waterfront setting.
Marlin Icon will occupy a plot of approximately 1,997 sq m and comprise three basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels and 21 upper floors.
The development will include apartments and selected duplex residences, together with four retail units at ground and lower-ground levels. Current project information also indicates that the residential mix includes two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with handover targeted for Q4 2030.
Homes will feature private balconies or terraces, built-in bedroom wardrobes and double-glazed windows. Fibre-optic connectivity and a satellite master antenna system are also included within the residential specifications.
Shared facilities will include a gymnasium, swimming pool, children’s pool and play areas, while four passenger elevators and a service elevator will provide vertical circulation throughout the building.
