Chaimaa Holding unveils ISLA Private Residences at Dubai Islands, introducing a boutique coastal lifestyle inspired by Mediterranean serenity and contemporary luxury. The launch brought together leading members of the regional media alongside the project’s leadership, including Abderrahmane El Alj, Chairman of Chaimaa Holding, Khadija Aouane, CEO of Chaimaa Holding Dubai, and brand ambassador Cengiz Coşkun, marking the introduction of a new residential philosophy along Dubai’s evolving coastline.
Inspired by the Italian concept of Dolce Far Niente, the sweetness of doing nothing, ISLA Private Residences has been conceived as a sanctuary where time slows, moments are savoured, and everyday living is defined by intention rather than pace.
Rising 15 storeys within the highly sought-after Dubai Islands, ISLA blends Mediterranean serenity with contemporary Dubai sophistication, positioning itself as a refined coastal address within one of the city’s most anticipated waterfront destinations.
Setting a new benchmark for boutique luxury, ISLA becomes the first development on Dubai Islands to dedicate three full floors exclusively to amenities, delivering a record-setting 32 curated lifestyle experiences designed to elevate daily living.
The boutique collection comprises 76 thoughtfully designed residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each crafted to reflect the project’s emphasis on balance, wellbeing, and understated elegance.

Pricing at ISLA Private Residences starts from $599,000 (AED 2.2 million) for one-bedroom residences, $898,000 (AED 3.3 million) for two-bedroom units, and $1.116 million (AED 4.1 million) for three-bedroom residences. Handover is scheduled for Q1 2028.
Urbaser is building the plant and will run it for five years in a 60:40 JV with Tadweer.
The two-day forum runs on 8 and 9 December at the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr.
A 406-room hotel, 900 more slots and a 13-room spa are due at the California resort in summer 2028.
Non-residential costs climbed 2.6% and residential costs 2.1% against September 2025.
