Cabot Revelstoke Chalet 1. Image: Red Know Studio LLCLONDON, UK – Cabot Revelstoke, the Canadian four-season mountain destination development in Revelstoke, British Columbia, is gearing up for an exciting expansion masterminded by Cabot, a leading developer and operator of global luxury resort and residential golf destinations.
Momentum continues across an exclusive collection of luxury residences. Highlights include a new 155-room hotel, the impressive Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge. Golfers can look forward to limited preview play in autumn 2026 of its 18-hole public golf course, perched high above the Columbia River valley, complemented by the introduction of a new par-three short course, The Railyard, named after Revelstoke’s railway heritage.
Ben Cowan-Dewar, CEO and co-founder of Cabot, said, “We are thrilled to begin 2026 with strong momentum at Cabot Revelstoke, which is poised to become a basecamp for year-round mountain adventure and connection in one of the world’s most breathtaking settings. The scale and beauty of the legendary destination make this one of the most captivating projects we have ever undertaken and an ideal location for Cabot’s first mountain golf and ski experience.”
Located at the base of Revelstoke Mountain and set against the dramatic backdrop of the Monashee and Selkirk mountain ranges, the charming alpine town of Revelstoke is celebrated as the “heli-skiing capital of the world.”
Cabot’s creative vision is building a community that will seamlessly combine world-class golf and skiing with refined accommodation, thoughtfully designed amenities and Cabot’s signature hospitality.

The 155-room lodge will serve as the central hub of the resort and include a modern steakhouse and bar; spa, sauna, hot-tub and wellness facilities, with a fully equipped fitness centre.
Part of the design will feature a magnificent European-inspired event space accommodating up to 400 guests; curated retail; and convenient check-in for golf and heli-skiing.
“Revelstoke has long been one of Canada’s most iconic mountain towns, and Cabot Revelstoke reflects an exciting new chapter for the destination. The addition of the golf course, alongside Cabot Revelstoke Mountain Lodge and new homes will attract new visitors while strengthening Revelstoke’s ‘four-season’ appeal as a destination people return to year after year,” said Tom Gaglardi, CEO of Northland Properties.
