Part of BlackBrick’s strategic ambitions since inception, the International Collection marks a new chapter for the Group as it expands its reach beyond the UAE. BlackBrick’s International portfolio brings together a carefully curated collection of properties from selected markets around the world, giving clients access to global opportunities directly from owners or family offices, whilst also opening up an international client base for owners of Dubai properties.
The move reflects the increasingly international outlook of BlackBrick’s client base and a growing appetite among investors to diversify property holdings across multiple markets. Rather than representing a shift away from Dubai, the expansion builds on the strength of BlackBrick’s UAE business, extending the same human-centric approach and focus on high-calibre, independent advice to clients looking beyond the region. The initial collection spans established and emerging international destinations, including opportunities in Spain, Australia, Sri Lanka, France, the United States and Thailand, with each property selected individually by the BlackBrick team.
Matthew Bate, CEO and Founder of BlackBrick Property, said: “When I founded BlackBrick in Dubai, I always saw the potential to build relationships and opportunities beyond one market. Dubai gave us the foundation, a clear approach to advisory, a strong network and clients whose lives and interests already cross borders. Five years on, the International Collection is a meaningful milestone in that journey. It allows us to bring the same care and judgement to a considered selection of properties around the world and marks an exciting step in the next chapter of BlackBrick.”
“If there is one theme defining conversations with investors as we move into Q4 2026, it is diversification. Our clients are increasingly thinking globally. They may have significant exposure to Dubai and the UAE and remain very confident in the market, but they are also looking at where else they can deploy capital, diversify their portfolios or own homes that serve a lifestyle purpose as well as an investment one.
“From Spain and Thailand to the United States, there are compelling opportunities in very different markets. Our role is not to present everything, but to identify exceptional properties and opportunities that we genuinely believe are worth putting in front of our clients. I’m incredibly excited to take BlackBrick onto an international stage while continuing to grow the business we have built here in Dubai.”

Its approach extends beyond individual transactions, advising buyers, sellers and investors around long-term value, lifestyle requirements and wider market context.
The international expansion will retain this highly selective approach. Rather than building a volume-led international listings platform, BlackBrick will focus on a considered collection of properties and opportunities where it has direct access to the owner or exclusive representative.
