EL‑ALAMEIN, Egypt – 28 July 2025 - Binghatti has officially unveiled its highly anticipated $571 million (AED 2.1 billion) signature development, Binghatti Flare, during a grand seaside event held in El‑Alamein, Egypt. Over 1,300 residential units, resort-style amenities, and the first man-made beach in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) are earmarked to position it among Dubai’s most distinctive residential addresses.
The launch event, hosted at North Square Plaza, attracted more than 7,500 guests, including Egyptian business and cultural leaders, VIPs, and industry figures. The evening was headlined by a live performance from Kadim Al Sahir, with Hollywood star Terry Crews as the event host alongside Egyptian presenter Ramy Radwan.
