DUBAI, UAE – 11 July 2025 - Azizi Developments has confirmed that its premium residential development, Azizi Central in Al Furjan, will be handed over in Q4 2025. The latest update reveals that construction has now reached 35% completion, with structural and blockwork nearly finalized and internal works including plastering, HVAC, and MEP installations in full swing.
Construction is advancing swiftly. Structural elements are 99% complete, blockwork is at 64%, internal plastering is 40%, HVAC stands at 24%, and MEP at 36%. Overall finishes have reached 14% completion to date. To maintain this momentum, the developer has expanded the workforce, now reaching over 500 laborers on site.
