Image: SuppliedSHARJAH, UAE: Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, is set to unveil Azizi Florence, its first project in Sharjah, at an exclusive event on 10 September at Conrad Hotel, Dubai. The $8.17 billion (AED 30 billion) master-planned community marks a significant milestone in the developer’s expansion into the emirate.
The freehold development will feature 1,130 villas, more than 6,000 townhouses and 3,500 apartments, with three-bedroom townhouses starting from $514,636 (AED 1.89 million) at approximately $231 (AED 850) per square foot of sellable area.
Designed as an integrated destination, Azizi Florence will bring together residential, retail, hospitality, education, leisure and wellness offerings, centered around a 1.7-million-square-foot Central Park. Six residential clusters will each feature a park, clubhouse, community center and landscaped gardens.
Mr. Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Group, said: “Returning to Sharjah after more than three decades is deeply meaningful to me, as this emirate was my first home in the UAE and an important part of my journey. With Azizi Florence, we are proud to bring back that connection through a community designed for families, wellbeing and a high quality of life."
Azizi Florence further expands Azizi Developments’ UAE portfolio, complementing its flagship Dubai projects, including Burj Azizi and Azizi Venice.
