Azizi Developments Awards $299.5M Structural Steel Contract for Burj Azizi

DUBAI, UAE – Azizi Developments has awarded a $299.5 million (AED1.1 billion) structural steel construction contract for its Burj Azizi project to Eversendai Corporation Berhad, marking a key milestone in the delivery of one of Dubai’s most ambitious high-rise developments.

The agreement was formally concluded between Mirwais Azizi, Chairman of Azizi Developments, and Tan Sri A.K. Nathan, Founder, Executive Chairman, and Group Managing Director of Eversendai Corporation Berhad.

Advancing construction on a landmark skyscraper

Burj Azizi is planned as a mixed-use skyscraper in Dubai, envisioned to become the second tallest tower in the world. The project is expected to contribute significantly to the emirate’s evolving skyline, reinforcing its position as a global hub for architectural innovation and large-scale development.

The award of the structural steel package represents a critical phase in the construction process, highlighting the scale and engineering complexity of the tower.
