ARTDOM Riyadh returns on 20–21 October 2026, with an expanded programme and more than 6,000 professionals expected. Image: SuppliedRIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA: ARTDOM Riyadh will return to Saudi Arabia on 20–21 October 2026 for its second edition, bringing together professionals from architecture, interior and product design, art, real estate development and hospitality.
Following its debut in the Kingdom, the international contemporary design forum is expanding its programme with a larger exhibition, a two-day international congress, new industry initiatives and increased cooperation between Saudi Arabia, Russia and Europe.
More than 6,000 professionals from around the world are expected to attend the 2026 edition.
The programme will include an international exhibition featuring leading brands, a two-day business congress with architects and designers, new professional initiatives and dedicated programmes for developers, hospitality professionals and private clients.
One of the flagship initiatives for the 2026 edition will be the launch of ARTDOM Design Map Saudi Arabia, an international project designed to bring together some of the Kingdom's most outstanding public spaces within a professionally curated design map.
Developed in collaboration with international architectural community ARCHINET, the initiative will explore the role of contemporary architecture, interior design and cultural institutions in shaping Saudi Arabia's new visual identity.
Over several months, an international panel of experts will evaluate projects across Saudi Arabia, focusing on destinations representing excellence in architecture, design, hospitality and cultural significance.
Projects will be assessed across six categories: Restaurants, Hotels, Museums & Art Galleries, Wellness & Spa Destinations, Landmark Architecture Projects and Furniture Showrooms.
Winners will be announced during ARTDOM Riyadh 2026, with the resulting design map intended to serve as a reference for architects, designers, developers, investors, hospitality professionals and travellers interested in Saudi Arabia's contemporary architecture and design landscape.
Beyond recognising individual projects, the initiative aims to encourage international professional dialogue and increase global attention on Saudi Arabia's emerging architectural and cultural destinations.

The congress will bring together architectural practices, development companies, hospitality operators, designers, government representatives and international brands. Discussions will examine the future of cities, the implementation of Saudi Vision 2030, new quality standards for public spaces, private architecture and the hospitality sector.
On the opening day, speakers will examine Saudi Arabia's landmark national projects and the impact of Vision 2030 on architecture and construction. Representatives of OMRANIA by Egis will discuss emerging market demands and opportunities for international professionals.
Further sessions will address hospitality design, premium residential interiors, contemporary approaches to private architecture and the development of next-generation public spaces.
