AMIS Development and Jacob & Co. break ground on the ultra-luxury Fleurs de Jardin villa community in Meydan District 11, Dubai.DUBAI, UAE – AMIS Development has officially broken ground on Fleurs de Jardin, an ultra-luxury branded villa community developed in partnership with luxury jewellery and watchmaker Jacob & Co., marking another milestone in the company's rapid expansion across Dubai's residential sector.
Located in Meydan District 11, the project becomes the sixth development launched by the company in less than two years, further strengthening a portfolio that now exceeds $544.4 million (AED2 billion) in active development value across more than 340 residential units.
The latest milestone reflects growing momentum for the developer as it continues to scale operations amid sustained demand for premium residential assets in Dubai. AMIS has outlined ambitions to expand its development pipeline to approximately $1.36 billion (AED5 billion) by the end of 2026, with longer-term plans to pursue a public listing within the next three to four years at a targeted valuation of $10 billion.
The company attributes its growth to a fully funded, debt-free operating model backed by institutional capital from Asia, enabling it to advance projects with a strong emphasis on delivery timelines, construction quality, and execution certainty.
Despite entering Meydan District 11 later than many competing developers, AMIS says it is positioned to be among the first to complete and hand over a residential community in the area through its Woodland Residences project, scheduled for delivery next year.
The developer views the project as a demonstration of its delivery-first approach, showcasing premium specifications, luxury finishes, and design partnerships that have become central to its market positioning.
Named after one of Jacob & Co.'s renowned timepiece collections, Fleurs de Jardin will feature a limited collection of five-bedroom villas and six-bedroom grand mansions. The residences are designed to reflect the brand's distinctive aesthetic, combining architectural detail, craftsmanship, privacy, and luxury living experiences.
Commenting on the milestone, Neeraj Mishra, Founder and CEO of AMIS GPD Development, said:
"The ground-breaking of Fleurs de Jardin is much bigger than the start of construction on a single project. It reflects the strength of the UAE's real estate market and the confidence that investors continue to place in the country's long-term vision. In less than two years, we have grown our portfolio to more than AED2 billion in development value across six projects while maintaining a fully funded, debt-free position. This disciplined approach has enabled us to move quickly, build before selling and deliver with confidence.
“Fleurs de Jardin represents the next chapter in our growth story and reinforces our commitment to creating exceptional communities that contribute to Dubai's evolution as a global destination for investment and luxury living. As we continue to scale towards a AED5 billion pipeline, our focus remains unchanged: execution, quality and creating long-term value for our stakeholders."
The project also represents the latest expansion of Jacob & Co.'s presence in branded real estate, extending the luxury house's design language beyond jewellery and watchmaking into high-end residential development.
Jacob Arabo, Founder and Chairman of Jacob & Co., added:
“The ground-breaking of Fleurs de Jardin reflects the strength of our partnership with AMIS GPD Development and our shared vision for creating truly exceptional residential experiences. We are excited to see this unique project move from concept to reality and look forward to once again bringing Jacob & Co.’s craftsmanship, exclusivity and creativity into luxury real estate.”
The launch comes as branded residences continue to attract strong investor interest across Dubai, with developers increasingly partnering with global luxury brands to differentiate projects and appeal to international buyers seeking exclusivity, design excellence, and long-term value.
