ABU DHABI, UAE: Aldar has announced steady progress on the development of Aldar Logistics Centres, a next-generation Grade A logistics park taking shape in National Industries Park (NIP), one of Dubai’s most strategically positioned industrial zones. The project forms part of Aldar’s strategic partnership with DP World and is being constructed by Group AMANA.

Major Logistics Hub Taking Shape in Dubai’s Industrial Corridor

Set across nearly 150,000 sqm, Aldar Logistics Centres comprises three advanced facilities designed to support both single and multi-tenant operations. The project is being delivered over two phases, with full completion targeted for Q1 2027.

The logistics park has been designed to accommodate future automation, high-density storage systems, and the operational requirements of 3PL operators, e-commerce platforms, and retail distribution tenants.

The Grade A specifications include 15-metre usable eaves height, FM1 floor flatness, and configurable units ranging from 5,000 sqm to 60,000 sqm, enabling tenants to scale efficiently. Each building includes dedicated access points and a one-way circulation system to enhance traffic flow and optimize on-site logistics activity.

Phase Two Groundbreaking Ceremony

With phase one already advancing, senior representatives from Aldar, DP World, and National Industries Park recently joined Group AMANA for a ceremony marking the start of construction on phase two.

Jassem Saleh Busaibe, Chief Executive Officer at Aldar Investment, said: “The Aldar logistics centres at National Industries Park represent a key milestone in the accelerated growth of our logistics platform, now extending to more than one million square metres. Strategically located within Dubai’s National Industries Park, this integrated hub uniquely combines prime connectivity, sustainable design, and operational flexibility to meet the increasing demand for high-quality and sustainable industrial infrastructure in the UAE.”

Abdulla Al Hashmi, COO – Parks & Zones, DP World GCC, added: “With demand for industrial and logistics space in Dubai up around 225% last year, developments like this give companies the infrastructure to establish and scale with confidence. Today, NIP already serves as a strategic base for over 300 businesses. Together with Aldar, we are reinforcing Dubai’s role as a regional hub for logistics, advanced manufacturing and trade by attracting new investment and enabling faster, more reliable supply chains.”

Sustainability and Connectivity as Core Drivers

Aldar Logistics Centres is targeting LEED Gold certification, integrating a suite of sustainable features such as solar-ready rooftops, energy-efficient cooling and lighting systems, and low-impact flooring solutions. The project was recently recognised with the “Industrial Logistics Project of the Year” at the Logistics & Transport Awards 2025.

The development sits within DP World’s 21 sq km National Industries Park, offering unmatched multimodal connectivity. The location provides direct access to:

  • Jebel Ali Port
  • Al Maktoum International Airport
  • Major UAE highway corridors including E11 and E311

The strategic positioning enhances the park’s appeal for regional and global companies seeking efficient access to the GCC and wider international markets.
