Al Habtoor Group confirmed that the project represents the first phase of a wider pipeline of developments planned across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, forming part of its long-term expansion strategy within the UAE.DUBAI, UAE – Al Habtoor Group has announced a major investment of $1.36 billion (AED5 billion) into Dubai’s real estate sector, reinforcing its long-term confidence in the emirate’s economic outlook and property market.
The investment will support the development of a new commercial tower within Al Habtoor City, the group’s flagship mixed-use destination located along Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai’s key business corridors.
The planned tower is expected to be developed to international premium construction standards, adding a new landmark to Dubai’s evolving skyline while strengthening the city’s position as a global centre for real estate, commerce, and urban development.
Al Habtoor City remains one of Dubai’s most prominent integrated destinations, combining residential, hospitality, and entertainment components within a fully established urban environment aligned with the emirate’s modern lifestyle offering.
