Ajman, UAE: Ajman’s real estate market recorded 938 transactions in March with a total value of $452 million (AED1.66 billion), according to WAM.

The latest data highlights continued stability across the emirate’s property sector, reflecting sustained activity and positive market performance.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the March figures demonstrate the resilience of Ajman’s real estate market.

The emirate recorded a total trading volume of $326.7 million (AED1.2 billion) across 680 transactions during the month, indicating consistent demand across residential and investment segments.

Among the transactions, the Al Amerah area registered the highest sale value at $50.4 million (AED185 million), highlighting ongoing investor interest in key locations.

Mortgage activity supports market momentum

The department also recorded 168 mortgage transactions with a total value of $83.1 million (AED305 million), reinforcing liquidity within the market.

Al Muhairi added that "Al Jurf Industrial 3" recorded the highest mortgage value at $6.64 million (AED24.4 million), reflecting continued financing activity across industrial and mixed-use assets.

"Emirates City" topped the list of most traded major developments, followed by "City Towers" and "Ajman One," while "Al Helio 2" ranked first among the most traded areas, followed by "Al Zahia" and "Al Helio 1."

These figures underline the breadth of activity across Ajman’s real estate landscape, with both established developments and emerging areas contributing to overall market performance.

The latest transaction data reflects Ajman’s ongoing position as a competitive and accessible real estate market within the UAE, supported by steady demand, active financing, and a growing range of residential and commercial developments.

As the emirate continues to attract investors seeking value-driven opportunities, its real estate sector is expected to maintain stable growth in the near term.
