Abu Dhabi, UAE – August 22, 2025 - The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the international financial centre of Abu Dhabi, has announced the launch of its new ‘Real Estate Advertising Permit’ service through the AccessRP platform.
The service, introduced by ADGM’s Registration Authority (RA), will require all property adverts within ADGM’s jurisdiction to obtain an official permit before publication. The initiative is part of ADGM’s commitment to reduce fake listings, strengthen market oversight, and boost investor confidence in Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector.
The service has been developed in collaboration with the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC). It builds on the Madhmoun initiative, launched earlier this year as the UAE’s first-ever Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platform.
By integrating Madhmoun with the Advertising Permit system, ADGM aims to not only regulate advertising but also provide a trusted, internationally recognised platform that empowers real estate aggregators, elevates market standards, and ensures authentic advertising practices.
The Advertising Permit service is now live on the AccessRP platform and has been fully implemented across ADGM’s jurisdiction, covering both Al Maryah Island and Al Reem Island.
ADGM highlighted that this step reinforces its position as a leading regulator committed to advancing governance, transparency, and investor protection in Abu Dhabi’s property market.
Established on 21 October 2015, the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) serves as the international financial centre (IFC) of the UAE capital. It plays a pivotal role in strengthening Abu Dhabi’s status as a leading global financial hub and business destination, acting as a strategic gateway between the fast-growing economies of the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and international markets.
ADGM operates under a regulatory framework founded on the direct application of English Common Law. Its jurisdiction spans Al Maryah Island and Al Reem Island, both designated as Abu Dhabi’s official financial free zone.
Recognised as one of the top IFCs in the Middle East and Africa, ADGM offers a progressive and inclusive business ecosystem that supports growth, resilience, and innovation for both financial and non-financial institutions. Through deepening synergies with other global jurisdictions, ADGM has positioned itself as one of the world’s most advanced, diverse, and forward-looking financial centres.
