Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – September 30, 2025: Dar Global has announced its second collaboration with The Trump Organization, unveiling plans for Trump Plaza Jeddah, a landmark project set to transform the city’s skyline. This marks the second Trump-branded development in Saudi Arabia, following the successful launch of Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024.
Strategically located along King Abdulaziz Road in the heart of Jeddah, Trump Plaza Jeddah is valued at over $1 billion. The development will deliver a world-class mixed-use community, combining luxury living, premium hospitality, and modern business spaces.
“We are honored to expand our footprint in Saudi Arabia with the Trump Plaza Jeddah. This project embodies our vision of excellence by blending world-class hospitality, modern living, and dynamic business environments. Together with Dar Global, we are creating a destination that will set a new benchmark for prestige and innovation in the Kingdom,” said Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization.
The masterplan for Trump Plaza Jeddah will feature premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A office spaces, and exclusive townhouses. At its center will be a Central Park-inspired green spine — a landscaped park running the entire length of the project. This design element brings a touch of Manhattan to Jeddah, offering a unique blend of urban energy and open green spaces.
“Trump Plaza Jeddah is a pioneering concept in Saudi Arabia and one of the most ambitious developments Dar Global has undertaken to date. By combining residential, serviced, and office components with a Central Park-inspired landscape, we are delivering a unique lifestyle destination that reflects both Manhattan’s vibrancy and Jeddah’s strategic role as a cultural and commercial hub,” said Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global.
The development is designed to integrate living, working, and leisure into one seamless destination. Offices will be positioned adjacent to serviced apartments and premium residences, creating a live-work-play community. Homes will include thoughtfully designed home offices, reflecting the growing global trend toward flexible working environments.
A premium retail courtyard and a curated mix of dining concepts will further enhance the lifestyle experience for residents and visitors.
When completed, Trump Plaza Jeddah is expected to become a defining landmark in the Kingdom’s real estate landscape, reinforcing Jeddah’s position as a hub for premium living and international investment.

The announcement of Trump Plaza Jeddah comes amid rapid expansion of The Trump Organization’s investments across the Gulf region.
Earlier this year, Qatari Diar signed an agreement with Dar Global to develop the Trump International Golf Club Qatar, which will feature an 18-hole championship golf course, luxury villas, and a state-of-the-art golf club as part of the Simaisma coastal project, located 40 kilometers north of Doha.
Just a day before that announcement, Dar Global revealed plans for Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai, further cementing the Trump brand’s presence in the region.
In December 2024, the company launched the $533 million Trump Tower Jeddah, the first major Saudi project under the Trump brand. This landmark development was the first to launch after Donald Trump was elected President of the U.S. on November 5.
During a Bitcoin event in Abu Dhabi earlier this year, Eric Trump shared that the family is also working on projects in Abu Dhabi, Jeddah, Oman, and Riyadh. Two additional Trump-branded projects are planned for Riyadh in partnership with Dar Global.
Trump’s interest in the GCC region spans nearly two decades. In 2005, the company announced plans for the Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai. However, that project was canceled in February 2011, marking a temporary pause in the organization’s Middle East ambitions.
With Trump Plaza Jeddah now in development, The Trump Organization and Dar Global are positioning themselves at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s evolving luxury real estate sector, blending iconic design, world-class hospitality, and strategic investment to meet the Kingdom’s long-term vision for growth.
