Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: The Ras Al Khaimah Investment and Business Summit (RAKIS) 2025 concluded at the Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Centre following two days of discussions, collaboration, and high-level engagement. Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, the event welcomed global investors, government officials, economic strategists, and innovators to explore the emirate’s accelerating growth trajectory.

The summit began with an official tour by HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, accompanied by HE Mohammad Abdulrahman Alhawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Investment, who met with exhibitors and engaged with participating companies across key sectors.

Strategic Priorities Outlined for RAK’s Next Phase of Growth

The opening sessions featured keynote addresses from representatives of RAK Chamber, RAKEZ, Marjan, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT), RAK Properties, and other leading entities. Speakers outlined initiatives designed to strengthen the emirate’s competitiveness across sustainable development, industrial expansion, and investment-led growth.

Policy, Sustainability, Real Estate, and Finance Take Centre Stage

A series of panel discussions on Day 1 highlighted RAK’s priorities across multiple sectors:

  • Policy & Industrial Development: Speakers from MoIAT, Marjan, and RAK Properties showcased the role of regulatory clarity and federal strategies such as Make it in the Emirates in creating new investment pathways.

  • Sustainability & Energy Transition: Representatives from RAKGAS, RAK Municipality, Expo City Dubai, RAKEZ, EtihadWE and RAKNOR detailed the emirate’s progress in clean energy adoption, ESG integration, and circular economy initiatives.

  • Real Estate & Infrastructure: Industry leaders from EtihadWE, BNW Developments, Union Properties and Al Tamimi & Co examined how smart planning, green infrastructure, and digital-first strategies are shaping investor sentiment.

  • Finance & Investment: Experts from Changer, RAK ICC, RAK DAO, Khatib & Alami and the Joint Italian-Arab Chamber of Commerce discussed fintech adoption, new capital channels, and the emirate’s rise as a regional investment hub.

Day 2 expanded on these themes with high-level sessions involving senior policymakers, diplomats and global advisors. Discussions explored international trade partnerships, digital financial ecosystems, tourism development, and mobility innovation, underscoring RAK’s commitment to building a future-ready economy.

Strong Engagement Across the Exhibition Floor

Exhibitors from real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, technology and utilities reported significant interest across both days. The exhibition hosted investor roundtables, business matchmaking sessions and sector-focused forums, fostering collaboration and commercial opportunity.

Companies including BNW Developments, EtihadWE, Union Properties, Khatib & Alami, One FM and Azzurro Facilities Management saw strong visitor engagement, particularly following the Crown Prince’s tour of the exhibition.

Institutional Support and Industry Recognition

National entities and industry stakeholders praised RAKIS 2025 for its role in elevating the emirate’s investment profile.

The UAE Ministry of Investment described the summit as a pivotal platform for strengthening the nation’s investor ecosystem, while RAK ICC highlighted the event as “a powerful showcase of what is ahead for global investors and advisors.”

AE Coin, the first Central Bank–licensed AED-pegged stablecoin, commended the summit for advancing dialogue around regulated digital finance and cross-border innovation.

New Sector Platforms Announced for 2026

To expand the momentum generated by RAKIS 2025, organisers Valiant Market Services announced three dedicated sector events scheduled for 2026:

  • RAK Estate – April 08–09, 2026 | RAK Exhibition Centre
  • RAK Build – April 08–09, 2026 | RAK Exhibition Centre
  • RAK Manufacturing Week – October 21–22, 2026 | RAK Exhibition Centre

These initiatives aim to deepen sector engagement and further position Ras Al Khaimah as a leading destination for sustainable development, construction innovation and advanced manufacturing.
